Liposuction-Los Gatos

Like many patients seeking liposuction, this woman came to see Dr. Lepore with a number of questions. At 36 years old, she exercised regularly, and watched her diet. But she was frustrated that she was not able to shed fat from several areas, including her upper and lower abdomen, flanks, thighs and knees. She discussed her options for liposuction surgery in detail, and ultimately decided to undergo Vaser-assisted (ultrasound) liposuction surgery.
 Using ultrasonic energy, Vaser-assisted liposuction helps disrupt and liquefy fat cells without damaging surrounding blood vessels. The ultrasound also aids in removing more fat with less bruising, and even helps tighten the surrounding skin.
This patient underwent the procedure in our fully-accredited San Jose surgical suite. Varying amounts of fat were removed from the different sites, for a total of about 2.5 liters. She is very pleased with her new contours. She plans to continue her diet and exercise regime, and states she is now considering Breast Augmentation.
