This woman wanted to correct some of the effects breast-feeding often causes; namely, loss of volume, and nipple ptosis (drooping). She decided to have breast augmentation, and a breast lift. In her case, I performed a transaxillary(incision in armpit), subpectoral(under muscle) augmentation, using high profile, 430cc saline implants. Her breasts were lifted, using the donut mastopexy technique. Her procedures were performed in our outpatient surgical suite. After several days, the patient reported being able to return to normal activities, and is very pleased with the outcome.
