This patient is a 44 year old woman who came to Dr. Lepore exploring a variety of procedures which are commonly known as a Mommy Makeover. She wanted to change some of the shrinkage, and the sagging appearance that her breasts took on after pregnancy. She also had significant stretching and relaxing of her abdominal wall. She was interested in breast and abdominal enhancement with liposuction and a tummy tuck in San Jose . The patient underwent a subglandular breast augmentation, and in her case, it was determined she would benefit from a donut lift, or mastopexy. She also underwent an abdominoplasty, or "tummy tuck," with liposuction of the upper mid abdomen and flanks for further body contouring.The procedures were performed together. The patient recovered within 2 weeks of the surgeries, and was very happy with the outcome, and the dramatic change in her new look.
