Another of our patients who came to see Dr. Lepore for San Jose Rhinoplasty, or nasal surgery. This young woman had been bothered by what she considered flatness of her nasal bridge. She was interested in rhinoplasty, to increase both her nasal bridge, and the projection of her nasal tip. She discussed various options for surgery with Dr. Lepore, and had the opportunity to examine samples of different implants, and pictures of other patients' results. She chose to proceed with rhinoplasty, with a nasal implant; specifically, a Voloshin dorsal columellar Silastic implant. The surgery was performed in our fully-accredited operating suite, without complication. The patient is very pleased the outcome, and the natural appearance of her new profile.
