This young woman was seeking to add volume to her breasts, which were a smaller-A cup size. After discussing a number of options with Dr. Lepore, she decided to have Breast Augmentation surgery in San Jose. She was able to 'try on' different sizes and styles of implants, to get a more realistic sense of what to expect, and finally chose a high-profile, saline implant. The surgery was performed in our fully-accredited, outpatient operating suite. The patient was able to resume normal activities quickly, and is very pleased with her results.
