This woman is another patient interested in minimally invasive rejuvenating treatments, such as, injectable fillers to the face. In our San Jose Plastic Surgery office, she underwent treatment with injections of the filler, Radiesse. She received a number of injections, in the cheeks and nasolabial folds, as well as around the mouth, and pre-jowl areas. The patient noticed an immediate result, and reported little or no discomfort. She also was able to return to her normal activities right away. The effects of Radiesse, and a number of other injectable fillers, can last up to a year, depending on the individual patient.
