Payment and Financing

Dr. Vincent Lepore requires patients to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to schedule surgery. This deposit is deducted from the total amount due and will be held in the event that your surgery needs to be rescheduled. The balance must be paid in full or financing arranged no less than two weeks prior to surgery. Two weeks notice is required to reschedule your surgery or the deposit will be forfeited. Also, the deposit is forfeited if you cancel surgery.
