Buttock Augmentation-Brazilian Butt Lift

This is a patient in her mid-30s, who is in excellent physical condition following three pregnancies.

She has been bothered, though, by some physical changes, and the appearance of her buttocks. Concerned about unevenness, and a slight depression in one buttock, she came to us seeking a Buttock Augmentation with fat grafting (Brazilian Butt Lift).

In her case, there was not a great amount of excess fat in any one area. Dr. Lepore performed Liposuction in multiple areas, including the abdomen, flanks, thighs, back, and upper arms. Approximately 1800cc of the patient's fat was available for transfer.

Different amounts were re-injected into each buttock, to give her the symmetry she wanted. Her overall contour is now more rounded, with greater softening and curve to her pelvic frame.  She is very pleased with her results. After photo taken 2 months following her procedure.
