Rising trends in plastic surgery for men- include contouring and reduction of excess fat in the chest, and midsection.
This patient wanted less prominence in his chest, and underwent Gynecomastia surgery, in this case Liposuction for removal of a small amount of fat in the breasts.
He's very pleased with his results- and is seen about 6 weeks post-surgery.
Another example of Gynecomastia, and the noticeable results with surgery. This patient was not overweight, but had an appearance of drooping, overdeveloped breasts. His situation was greatly improved through Liposuction. He's seen in the After photo, 4 weeks following surgery.
This patient had enlarged breast tissue, which caused him to feel a lack of confidence in the way he dressed, and even in the way he carried himself. He came to see Dr. Li for treatment of gynecomastia, in his case, Liposuction of the excess fat. He is seen 6 weeks after surgery, very pleased with his results, and reporting that his posture has changed. He says he's walking confidently, with his chest up.
Male Breast Reduction for Gynecomastia (enlarged breast tissue), is among the most-requested cosmetic procedures for men.
This patient had moderate gynecomastia that he says caused him to be very self-conscious, saying the appearance of his chest, was beginning to affect his social interactions.
In this case, correction was achieved with targeted liposuction and removal of excess breast gland tissue underneath the areola.
Our patient is very satisfied with his results, and says he has a new sense of confidence.
