Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 117

This young woman had been wanting to increase the volume of her breasts for some time.  In her late 20s, she said she has always been an A to smaller B cup size, and as commonly happens, one breast was slightly larger than the other.

After discussing her concerns with Dr. Lepore and trying on different sizes, shapes, and styles of breast implants, this patient decided she wanted to proceed with breast augmentation with high profile saline implants. Dr. Lepore inserted the implants sub-pectorally (beneath the chest muscle), through an incision in the armpit (transaxillary). The patient enjoyed the added convenience of having her surgery in our fully-accredited surgical suite.

She is very pleased with her results.
