This is a patient who has had a previous breast augmentation, with saline implants. Over time, their appearance has changed, and she was concerned about their sagging, unneven, and distorted look.
She underwent a Revision Mastopexy/Augmentation. Her old breast implants were removed, and replaced with 550cc cohesive gel silicone implants. A breast lift was performed as well.
Our patient is very pleased with the restored appearance of her breasts.
This woman wished to restore some volume in her breasts, following pregnancy. In discussions with Dr. Li, the option of breast lift was explained, as a companion to breast augmentation, as a way to better address the slightly sagging appearance of her breasts.
She chose, at this time, to undergo Breast Augmentation alone. She chose 485cc, smooth, round silicone gel implants. During surgery, the implants were placed beneath the chest muscle, through incisions in the inframammary folds.
She is very pleased with her outcome.
This woman is in her mid-20s, and after careful consideration, has decided she wishes to alter her breast shape and size.
She's very pleased with her choice, and is seen in her after photo, 6 weeks following her procedure.
