This woman, in her early 40s, came to Dr. Vincent Lepore to discuss a Mommy Makeover. She wanted to reverse a loss of volume in her breasts, and had some concerns about what she felt were areas she was having trouble reducing, specifically, her tummy and thighs. Our patient decided to proceed with breast augmentation, using silicone gel implants, a tummy tuck and liposuction of her abs and thighs. The patient returned to the office for her 3-month followup, and her After Photos. She is very pleased with her results.
This young woman was looking for a more rounded, lifted appearance for her smaller C-cup size breasts, without undergoing a breast lift.
Although Breast Augmentation is not considered a solution in correcting sagging breasts, it can help in many cases, by altering shape, and adding fullnes, giving a "lifted" appearance.
That's what this patient decided to do. For her Breast Augmentation, she chose 455cc implants, to be inserted in a subpectoral, transaxillary surgery (beneath the chest muscle, incision under arm).
She chose the added benefit of having the procedure in our convenient, fully accredited surgical suite, which allows us to pass additional cost benefits to our patients.
She was able to resume her normal activities within days, and is very pleased with her new shape, and the results of her Los Gatos Breast Augmentation.
This young woman had been wanting to increase the volume of her breasts for some time. In her late 20s, she says she has always been an A to smaller B cup size, and as often happens, one breast is slightly larger than the other.
After discussing her concerns with Dr. Lepore, and trying on different sizes, shapes, and styles of implants, she decided she wanted to proceed with Breast Augmentation, with High Profile Saline Implants.
In her case, it was determined the implants would be inserted sub-pectorally (beneath the chest muscle), and through an incision in the armpit (transaxillary).
The patient enjoyed the added convenience of having her surgery in our fully-accredited surgical suite.
She is very pleased with her results.
Here is an example of one of our patients seeking Breast Augmentation in San Jose. This 36-year old patient wanted to restore some of the volume lost in her breasts, following breast feeding. After we discussed her options thoroughly, she decided on breast augmentation, using a transaxillary (incision in the armpit), subpectoral (implant inserted beneath pectoralis major muscle) procedure. She received high profile, 320cc implants in both breasts. She came to our surgery suite, and the procedure was performed on an outpatient basis in less than an hour. After a few days of recovery at home, she reported being able to resume her normal activities, and is very pleased with her result.
This is a young woman, who has been wanting to increase the size of her A to B cup breasts. She also noted that her left breast was slightly larger than the right, and hoped to 'even out' the difference. After trying on the various types and sizes of implants, she decided to have Breast Augmentation surgery, with high profile saline implants. The surgery was performed in our AAAASF-accredited surgical center. The implants were filled to differing levels to accommodate her asymmetry, and were inserted subpectorally (beneath the chest muscle).
Our patient is very pleased with the results of her surgery, and her new, fuller contour.
This patient wanted solutions to several concerns she was having about her breasts; loss of volume (breast involution), and sagging (ptosis).
In her mid-30s, she is bothered by the appearance of her breasts. After discussion with Dr. Lepore, she decided to proceed with both Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift. With the breast sagging, with loose skin apparent, a breast augmentation alone was not a recommended solution in her case.
Dr. Lepore explained the various approaches possible, and our patient chose the following: Breast Augmentation with moderate profile silicone implants (265cc), and a short scar anchor lift. Of the breast lift types, this one provides a good, moderate lift, while leaving a 'shorter scar.' (the standard, so-called anchor lift usually produces the greatest amount of lift, with a longer incision, and scar)
In this case, our patient is very pleased with the choices she made, and the results of her combined procedures.
Here is an example of the very popular Mommy Makeover surgery. This woman, in her early 50s, felt the time was right to get some help restoring her pre-mommy physical appearance. She had given birth to and raised 4 beautiful children. (Congratulations!) She really wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts with some added attention to extra fat around her stomach and thigh areas.
In addition, she had an umbilical hernia in need of repair. After extensive discussion with Dr. Lepore, she decided to go ahead with the Mommy Makeover and hernia repair.
Her procedures included an Extended Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift, Liposuction, umbilical hernia repair and a Breast Augmentation near Los Gatos. All procedures were performed in one session in our accredited surgical facility. The patient is very pleased with her results.
Campbell plastic surgery patients have been choosing Dr. Lepore for years, ever since he first opened an office on South Bascom Avenue in 1995. Our current, larger space, now includes an on-site surgical facility and is adjacent to Good Samaritan Hospital (on the border of San Jose, Los Gatos, and Campbell).
She chose a high profile style of implant, placed beneath the chest muscle (sub-pectoral). The breasts have retained their shape, position, and softness.
Even though she remains very pleased with her results, she is now considering whether she'd like to replace her saline implants with a silicone gel variety (the so-called "Gummy Bear" cohesive gel implant). She was able to examine them, and discussed her various options with Dr. Lepore.
This young mother of two, has noticed what so many moms experience after having, and nursing their babies- a big change in the appearance, and volume of their breasts.
She came to Dr. Lepore, in our San Jose plastic surgery office, to explore the possibilities of restoring her pre-baby appearance. After discussing the various options, she decided to have Breast Augmentation, with a transaxillary (under arm) incision, subpectoral (under the chest muscle) placement of the implants.
She was able to choose the style of breast implants she wanted, and she selected a "smooth, round, high profile saline implant."
The surgery was performed in our fully-accredited, outpatient surgical suite. Following a short recovery period, this young mom was back to her normal activities, and enjoying her renewed appearance.
This young woman is a proud mother of two. After breast-feeding, she noticed a significant loss of volume, and some sagging in her breasts. She came to Dr. Lepore, to discuss what would amount to a "mini-Mommy Makeover" - a Breast Augmentation, and Breast Lift.
After learning about her options, she chose to proceed with Breast Augmentation, with high-profile saline implants, as well as what's known as an "anchor" type, standard mastopexy, or Breast Lift. This type provides greater "lift" in altering the nipple position, and creating a kind of 'skin bra' to support the breasts.
Our patient underwent both procedures in one surgical session. She was able to resume her complete, very busy schedule as a young mom, within a couple of weeks. And she is very happy with her results, and restored breast contour.
