Breast Augmentation-San Jose

This 29-year old woman has decided the time is right for her to accomplish one of her cosmetic goals; fuller breasts, to complement her petite frame. She came to see Dr. Lepore to better understand her options, and choices.

She felt Breast Augmentation was the right choice. After examining, and trying on numerous sizes and styles of implants in our office, she ultimately decided to undergo augmentation with silicone gel implants. Due to her particular muscle and tissue condition (thin, with relatively tight chest muscle), it was determined that the implants would be inserted sub-pectorally (beneath the chest muscle).

The implants she chose: Allergan Natrell Inspira -345cc. Her surgery was performed in our convenient, AAAASF-accredited surgical suite.  Her 'after' photos show the results she is very pleased with. Photos taken, 7 weeks post-op.
