This woman, in her late 20s, has concerns about the appearance of her breasts. She feels she has tuberous breasts, and wants them revised.. She'd like to correct the appearance of a hanging breast, with low nipple placement, and she'd like to enhance their size as well.
A tuberous breast is also defined by an inframammary fold that appears high on the chest, causing the breast tissue to hang below the fold. After discussions with Dr. Lepore, she decided on a dual approach; a Breast Lift to correct the tuberous characteristics, and Breast Augmentation to further alter the shape and size.
She had the opportunity to try on a great variety of implant styles and sizes, and chose a small, round, full style silicone gel implant, in the 385cc size.
For her Breast Lift, she had a Donut Mastopexy (incision around the areola, for a moderate lift.
She is seen 7 weeks post-surgery, and is very pleased with her choices, and her new appearance.
