This patient has had saline implants (placed elsewhere) for more than 30 years. Now in her late 60s, she's having discomfort caused by the hardening and unnatural position of her older implants.

Dr. Lepore performed bilateral capsulectomies, removing calcified areas of tissue, along with the old implants. Our patient chose breast augmentation, and breast implant replacement. The new implants are smooth, round, full, 325cc silicone gel- giving her a softer, more symmetrical result. After photos at 1 month.
