Breast Augmentation Case #550

This is a patient who had saline breast implants for a breast augmentation, 5 years ago. She's now interested in implant replacement- this time, requesting silicone gel implants. In addition, she wanted to go a little bit larger. Dr. Lepore noted that there had been a slight shift in the 'pocket' in which the implants are placed, and during surgery, he was able to adjust the position. She went from her former size, 320cc, to new 415cc, smooth-round-full silicone gel implants.

Our patient is very petite, and thin, but was hoping she could use a bit of excess fat to add some dimension to her buttocks.  Following Liposuction in small amounts, of multiple areas, 750cc of fat was transferred to her buttocks, for subtle fullness.  After pics at 7 weeks, and very happy patient.
