Breast Augmentation & Breast Implant Revision

This patient has had saline breast implants for a number of years, and now wishes to replace them with silicone gel implants, in a larger size. Dr. Lepore performed her breast augmentation, with 485cc smooth, round, full profile silicone gel implants, (subglandular placement, through the inframammary fold). Just 3 weeks later, our patient has healed well. Her breast position is more natural, and she has the volume she hoped for. She's very happy with her results!
