Breast Augmentation Case #590

This patient has had saline-filled breast implants for a number of years. She experienced a deflation of one implant (saline fluid leaked from implant), and has noted a difference between the sizes of her breasts. Dr. Lepore removed her old implants- which had been 525cc. For her breast augmentation, he replaced them with a smaller size- silicone gel, 375cc. In addition, our patient had an anchor style breast lift, eliminating the sagging she had developed, and restoring her breasts to an earlier, natural position. She's seen here 7 weeks after surgery, very pleased with the outcome!
