This young woman had several concerns regarding the appearance of her breasts. As you can see, she has significant breast asymmetry (difference in size). Her left breast was close to a C-cup size, while her right breast was an A-cup. In addition, she was disturbed by the somewhat tuberous shape of her breasts, and what she felt was a sagging appearance.
After discussions with Dr. Lepore in San Jose, she decided to proceed with breast augmentation combined with a breast lift to address all of her concerns. After trying on various types and sizes of implants, she chose a saline implant. In her case, the implants were filled to differing levels to accommodate the difference in size. Her left implant was filled to 270cc, and the right 425cc.
Dr. Lepore also performed what is known as a donut mastopexy to lift her breasts. The patient's recovery time was short. She quickly resumed her normal activities, and is very pleased with her results.
