This patient is in her early 50s, and came to us with concerns about the appearance of her breasts. She was unhappy with their sagging appearance. Dr. Maser performed breast lift surgery (mastopexy), to restore her breasts to a more natural position. She's very pleased with their new look - shape, and size!
A complete mommy makeover. Our patient is 39, and wanted to reverse the sagging appearance of her breasts and abdomen. She also wanted help in getting rid of some stubborn excess fat. She had a tummy tuck, a breast lift, and breast augmentation.(485cc moderate plus profile, silicone gel implants). In addition, to address those areas of fat, Dr. Bates performed liposuction on her back and flanks. Quite a difference! Here she is 2 months after her surgeries enjoying her new look.
Breast Lift-Short Scar, Breast Augmentation
Breast Lift – Breast Augmentation – Remove & Replace Breast Implants
Patients considering cosmetic breast surgery often tell us they like the look of their breasts-in a bra, but want to have the same appearance (or lift) without one. Often, they will want to achieve the look with Breast Augmentation alone. Sometimes, that can work-but often, it is not the solution. This patient has had saline breast implants for a period of years. She has noticed some sagging of her C to D cup breasts, and wants to replace the current implants with larger, silicone implants. Dr. Lepore advised that switching to a larger size would not produce the Lift she wanted.
After careful consideration, the patient decided to undergo a combination of procedures; short scar Breast Lift, removal of saline implants, Breast Augmentation with high profile silicone implants. (500cc Allergan Natrelle). The after photos were taken about 2 months after the surgery. The patient is very pleased with her choices, and the appearance of her breasts.
This patient was experiencing problems related to the weight and size of her breasts for years. She detailed the shoulder pain and neck pain caused by her "E" cup size breasts. She initially asked Dr. Lepore about Breast Reduction surgery, and Breast Augmentation. After discussion, though, she was counseled against an augmentation with implants, since the weight of her breasts had been such an issue.
Instead, it was determined that she would be best served with a Breast Reduction, and Liposuction of excess tissue beneath her arms. After the reduction, to give her the smaller, uplifted breasts she wanted, Dr. Lepore performed an '"inverted T" style of breast lift.
She is very pleased with the appearance of her breasts, and her new level of comfort.
This woman in her mid-30s wanted solutions to multiple concerns she was having about the appearance of her breasts: loss of volume (breast involution) and sagging (ptosis).
After a consultation with Dr. Lepore, she decided to proceed with both breast augmentation and breast lift in his San Jose surgery center. Because lax skin was causing the patient's breast sagging, Dr. Lepore recommended against breast augmentation alone.
Dr. Lepore explained the various approaches possible and our patient chose the following: breast augmentation with moderate profile silicone breast implants (265cc) and a short-scar anchor lift. Among breast lift techniques, this one provides a good, moderate lift, while leaving a "shorter scar." (The standard, so-called "anchor lift" usually produces the greatest amount of lift with a longer incision and scar)
In this case, our patient is very pleased with the choices she made, and the results of her combined procedures.
San Jose-Tummy Tuck
This 38-year old woman has undergone a combination of body contouring procedures to achieve her cosmetic goals.
She has lost 80 lbs. through a diet and exercise program, a great accomplishment. She was disturbed, though, by the effects of the weight loss on her appearance; sagging skin and tissue in her abdomen, flanks, and thighs, as well as sagging breasts.
She is shown in the After photos, about 2 and a half months after her procedures. She is very pleased with her results, and feels her new body contour now matches the effort she has made in her health and fitness program.
This woman is in her late 30s. She is continuing a journey involving health and weight loss. She has already lost a great deal of weight following bariatric surgery. Even though her personal transformation is not complete, she was having difficulty with the increased sagging of her breasts. Dr. Maser performed mastopexy (breast lift) to restore her breasts to a more natural position. Our patient is feeling a greater sense of comfort and confidence.
This case is an example of Body Lift in San Jose. This patient is a 35-year Bay Area woman who had worked hard at losing approximately 160 pounds. She wanted a more streamlined appearance, showcasing all of her efforts. She was interested in Body Contouring; and after detailed discussions, she decided to have a number of procedures to achieve her physical goals. They included; abdominoplasty, upper abdominal liposuction, a bilateral breast reduction and thigh lift, a brachioplasty, (also known as dermolipectomy or arm lift), of both arms, as well as a buttock lift. The surgeries performed on this patient represent a good example of the Body Contouring procedures available to those who have undergone gastric bypass surgery, or major weight loss.
Her surgeries were done in several different sessions. With each procedure, a recovery time of 1 to 3 weeks was necessary. The patient is now very happy with her results and her new figure.
This is a patient who has much to celebrate. She's in her early forties, has had 2 beautiful children, and has recently achieved an amazing weight loss. On her own, she's lost over 100 pounds. She came to see Dr. Lepore to discuss the options available to her through Mommy Makeover surgery, to further reclaim her desired physical contour.
She's done so much on her own, but with major weight loss, and the effects of multiple pregnancies, she's unable to reverse sagging, laxity, and excess skin. A 'Mommy Makeover' is a non-medical term used to describe a combination of surgical procedures to address individual concerns. In our patient's case, she's chosen Breast Augmentation with Silicone Implants, Breast Lift, Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck), and Liposuction.
The procedures were performed in one session in our AAAASF-accredited surgical suite. She had an anchor-type Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation with smooth, round Silicone Implants (for upper pole fullness), a Tummy Tuck, and Liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, and thighs, to remove approximately 1500cc of fat.
For these procedures, several weeks of recovery time should be scheduled. Our patient is seen in the After photos, 8 weeks post-surgery. She is very pleased with the results of her Mommy Makeover.
This woman is a mother of four. The pregnancies and breastfeeding brought some noticeable changes to her body. She wanted to reverse some of those changes, and came to us seeking a breast lift, and breast augmentation- to deal with the 'deflation' she experienced. Dr. Bates performed a full “wise Pattern” breast lift to raise her nipples, and achieve more symmetry between the breasts. He also placed a 385cc Moderate Plus Profile submuscular gel implant to improve projection, volume, and upper pole fullness. Here she is 3 months after surgery enjoying her new look.
