2581 Samaritan Drive #102
San Jose, CA 95124
This 50-year old patient was referred to Dr. Lepore, after suffering for years with what she described as considerable pain caused by her large breasts. She experienced pain in her shoulders, bra strap areas, and upper back; all common problems in women with larger breasts. She came to our office in San Jose for Breast Reduction information. Her breasts were measured in the DDD range, and both she and Dr. Lepore noted the right breast was significantly larger than the left. She decided to proceed with the breast surgery, and was then able to participate in determining the relative size of her “new” breasts, and the size of her areolas.
The surgery was performed without complication. Within 2 weeks, the sutures were removed, and the patient was already noticing the improvement in the look and feel of her body. Several weeks later, she reported that her back and neck pain were greatly reduced, and that she was very pleased with her aesthetic results as well.
This case is an example of Body Lift in San Jose. This patient is a 35-year Bay Area woman who had worked hard at losing approximately 160 pounds. She wanted a more streamlined appearance, showcasing all of her efforts. She was interested in Body Contouring; and after detailed discussions, she decided to have a number of procedures to achieve her physical goals. They included; abdominoplasty, upper abdominal liposuction, a bilateral breast reduction and thigh lift, a brachioplasty, (also known as dermolipectomy or arm lift), of both arms, as well as a buttock lift. The surgeries performed on this patient represent a good example of the Body Contouring procedures available to those who have undergone gastric bypass surgery, or major weight loss.
Her surgeries were done in several different sessions. With each procedure, a recovery time of 1 to 3 weeks was necessary. The patient is now very happy with her results and her new figure.
This woman is in her early 50s. She came to Dr. Lepore seeking both cosmetic improvement, and help with the pain she says she had been suffering for years- due to the size and weight of her breasts. She described upper back pain, bra strap grooving, as well as neck, upper back, and arm pain- which she says had been present since her teens.
Her breasts were in the D cup range, and were heavy and pendulous on her petite frame. She wanted Breast Reduction surgery, and was also interested in Liposuction to reduce some stubborn areas on her inner and outer thighs.
During her surgery in our licensed and accredited outpatient facility, Dr. Lepore reduced the size of her breasts, also correcting the unevenness in their size and shape. He then performed Liposuction of the inner and outer thighs.

San Jose Breast Reduction
For this woman, it’s been a long journey to Breast Reduction, and relief from a variety of problems brought on by the size and weight of her breasts.
She is in her 40s, and for years has suffered from pain in her upper back and shoulders, bra strap pain, and rashes beneath the folds of her heavy and pendulous breasts.
She discussed the surgery with Dr. Lepore, examined our gallery of breast reduction before and after photos, and made her decision to proceed.
During her procedure, about 650 grams of tissue was removed from her left breast, and about 750 from the right. As you can see from her photos, the breasts are now repositioned and tailored, the nipples now in a more centered placement. She is very happy with both the new level of comfort in her everyday life, and the look of her breasts.
A woman in her early 30s, who has been troubled for many years by the physical effects of overly large breasts. Her double to triple-D size breasts had been contributing to ongoing shoulder and upper back pain, and causing painful grooves in the 'bra strap' area of her shoulders. The symptoms were affecting her active lifestyle in many ways, to the point that she needed pain medication frequently, and would often resort to masking her appearance with extra layers of clothing or undergarments.
She decided to undergo Breast Reduction surgery. During the procedure in our accredited San Jose surgical facility, close to 400 grams of tissue was removed from each breast, slightly differing amounts to address some asymmetry. The breasts were tailored, shaped and lifted. Our patient is very pleased with the outcome of her surgery, and her new sense of comfort.
